As our Head of Sales, you'll:
Lead & Motivate:
- Build and manage a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, coaching, and accountability.
- From our base in NYC or remote, you’ll have the freedom to co-create our story and be a part of the leadership team that defines our goals and strategy.

Close & Conquer:
- Secure major deals with brands look and agencies across diverse industries, driving significant media spend to Dispatch.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and showcasing Dispatch's unique value proposition.
- Master the art of negotiation and win-win deals, exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenue generation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and competitor landscape, identifying new opportunities and optimizing sales tactics.
- 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales and leadership, preferably in SaaS or advertising technology.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing large deals with Fortune 500 brands and agencies. Your network of senior advertisers and marketers is more important than SaaS experience.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic buying, ad networks, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a passion for developing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, a relentless drive to win, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Experience closing deals in the retail, CPG, or e-commerce sectors.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce conversion optimization and performance marketing strategies.
